Step-2: Subscriber Agreement

You are now required to complete the following:

  • Complete the Subscriber Agreement. Agreement must be signed by a Director or Company Secretary.
  • Provide a certified 'company identity' document    [Acceptable Documents]
  • Provide payment details (if not already provided in Step 1)
  • Send documents to VeriSign by post
  • Select whether ABN-DSCs will be stored on:
    1. a. computer
    2. b. token
    3. c. smartcard

If you select options b) or c), you need to obtain a token or smartcard from VeriSign.
Refer to Digital Certificate Storage options to assist you in your choice.

Next Step:
Upon successful completion of the above, VeriSign activates ABN-DSC and sends details of Authorised Officer Enrolment by e-mail. Once received proceed to Step-3.
NOTE: The Authorised Officer must keep a copy of the Subscriber Agreement for Step 3.
